We carry out your blood tests in partnership with Grupo Germano de Sousa, one of the country's foremost laboratory references. Convenient sample collection, reliable results, and clinical interpretation by the team that follows your care.

In partnership with Linde Saúde, we carry out home sleep studies (validated by internationally certified Pulmonology specialists), with no need to leave home for appointments or equipment collection. Sleeping badly is not a minor detail: sleep apnoea and other disorders have a direct impact on weight, blood pressure, mood, libido and cardiovascular risk.

We perform 12-lead ECGs at the clinic, with a report validated by Cardiology. A simple, quick and painless test, essential for safety assessment before certain treatments and for monitoring cardiovascular health.

We offer the A5 Anovator assessment, a non-invasive test that adds objective information to the evaluation of vascular and sexual health, allowing treatment to be guided with greater precision.

An ordinary scale tells you very little. Assessment with the InBody 580 distinguishes fat mass, muscle mass and body water, segment by segment, and grip strength measurement with a dynamometer adds one of the best indicators of muscle health and longevity. This is how we monitor, objectively, whether you are losing fat - and preserving muscle.
