Appointments and Consultations
How can I book an appointment?

You can request your first appointment through the Book Appointment page, by phone or by email. The secretariat will contact you to confirm the date and time, according to diary availability.

Are consultations in person or online?

Both formats are available, as well as a hybrid one - in-person physical examination and online consultation.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time, for administrative registration and the initial nursing/assistant assessment.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Identification, your health service user number and tax number, your health subsystem card (if applicable), previous test results and a list of your current medication. Before the first consultation you will also be asked to read and sign the GDPR consent form.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Cancellations must be notified to the secretariat — by phone, message or email — by 17:00 on the previous working day. Failure to do so may result in full payment of the consultation fee, and future bookings will be subject to a 50% deposit of the consultation value, non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show and/or rescheduling.

I am already a patient. How do I book a follow-up?

Follow-up appointments are scheduled directly with the secretariat as part of your ongoing care at the Clinic — by phone, email or in person at the end of your consultation.

Clinical Circuits
What is a Clinical Circuit?

Clinical Circuits are multidisciplinary consultations, allowing our patients to be assessed across several areas of Medicine, while receiving only a single, comprehensive and integrated treatment plan — with no overlapping treatments, no conflicting information and no need for multiple trips to different locations, with the loss of time this entails for each person.

Which Clinical Circuits are available?

Eixo Programme - Hormonal, Sexual and Metabolic Health Assessment (Men / Women); Psique Programme - Psychotherapy Assessment with Sociodrama consultation; Reserva Programme - Physiological Reserve and Prevention of Functional Decline.

Tests and Diagnostics
Do you carry out clinical laboratory sample collection?

Yes, Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00, at the Clinic, in partnership with Germano de Sousa. All public and private subsystems are accepted.

How do home sleep studies work?

In partnership with Linde, the portable polysomnography or nocturnal oximetry equipment will be delivered to your home. It is later also collected from your home, with no need for you to travel, Monday to Saturday, at a date and time arranged with you. The study is validated by Dr. Inês Neves, certified in Sleep Medicine by the European Sleep Research Society. A clinical report is provided so that you can request reimbursement from your insurance / health subsystem.

Which cardiovascular exams do you perform?

12-lead electrocardiogram, validated by Cardiology.
