4Purchases

The User may make purchases through the website joanamenezes.pt (also available at joanamenezes.com), and must register and provide the necessary data to do so. Acceptance of the purchase depends on the availability of the product or service.

The User is solely responsible for the information contained in the invoice. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes. Final confirmation of the purchase by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

Menezes & Serôdio Lda will honor purchases received online up to the limit of available stock. If the product/service is unavailable, it undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

6Cancellation and Refunds

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, we inform you that we do not accept refunds after registration for workshops, as this is a service with limited places and prior organization.

However, in duly justified exceptional cases, we may review the situation and, if applicable, offer an alternative solution. Acceptance of an exception request will be at our sole discretion, taking into account the reasons presented and the costs already incurred.

7Access and Use
